DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for visiting our website and choosing to be a customer of PRO-AM Racing Ltd, (“PRO-AM Racing, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
PRO-AM Racing offer a variety of delivery options for you to choose from whether you are a UK or an International customer. Below you will find our delivery policy:

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Our objective, based on all item(s) being in stock, is to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. This service is only available on working days; we do not dispatch any orders on Saturday or Sunday. Please note however that due to work load this is NOT a guaranteed dispatch time.
Our online shop does operate an integrated stock availability system, nevertheless for really urgent orders please contact us before you place the order to check stock levels.
HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY COST?
To view the delivery cost for an order, simply add all the items you require to your shopping cart. While on the “My Cart” page you will see an “add destination” button in the order summary section. Simply select your location from the list provided and click “update”. Once you have done this a drop down will appear for you to select a delivery method and price for you to choose from.
All prices shown are based on the location and the weight/size of your order. If a shipping value is not available, or if you find that a quoted shipping cost is excessive, please feel free to contact us before completing your purchase and we will give you an accurate quote.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
Yes, here at PRO-AM Racing we can also ship internationally. Please be aware however that there are restrictions on some products being delivered to specific locations, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that any item purchased can be legally imported into that country.
We are also not able to trade with or ship orders to a small number of countries. If your country of residence does not appear in the shipping options during checkout then unfortunately we cannot provide a service to you. Please contact us if you have any queries about the list provided.
As our shipping calculator system is not comprehensive, If an international order is made online and we find that the actual postage cost exceeds what has been quoted, we reserve the right to send a request for further payment to bring the amount paid up to the required carriage charge. The order will not be dispatched until the additional postage charge is paid for in full.
ARE TAXES / DUTIES INCLUDED?
For all orders placed outside the U.K. the estimated shipping cost, calculated upon checkout, does not contain any Import Tax, VAT or Custom Charges / Duties that you may be liable to pay upon import to your country (enforced by your local government). It is your obligation as the buyer to ensure you have thoroughly checked and understand the charges that may be placed on your order upon import; as it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay these charges. This should be done before any order is placed on the website to avoid any disappointment, and/or disputes.
If you are liable for any of the above charges then the courier company will usually contact you via phone, email or send a letter. They will use the details that you provided upon checkout, so please make sure these are correct.
Once any required charges have been paid your order will be released for delivery to you. However if for any reason these charges are not paid, your order may be returned back to us. If this is the case we do reserve the right to deduct the initial shipping cost and any extra charges incurred from any refund made to you.
WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER & HOW QUICKLY WILL IT ARRIVE?
PRO-AM Racing ships via either DPD, Royal Mail (primarily for UK), UPS, DHL (primarily for International) or any other courier we choose.
UK deliveries can take between 1-3 days depending on the delivery option selected upon checkout. All goods sent outside the UK mainland take approximately 2-5 days for Europe, and may take longer to countries outside the EU. Other shipping options may be available for an additional fee over and above the actual shipping cost displayed on our website.
As stated previously, for urgent orders please make sure to contact us to ensure we have stock and can dispatch.
Please be aware that the quoted courier delivery time is from the point of dispatch not from the point of ordering. These quoted delivery times are also given in good faith by the company, and are not guaranteed, and shall not amount to any contractual obligation to deliver at the time stated.
Once a product has left us and is in the possession of the courier, any claims must be made directly with that courier however we can assist with most cases.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has left PRO-AM Racing and is in the hands of the chosen courier we will update your account. You will then be sent an automated email containing both the tracking number and a link to the relevant couriers tracking page. You will also be able to log into your account to view your tracking number via the website header and going to ‘my orders’.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your PRO-AM Racing order at any time prior to the goods being shipped to you. However, we do reserve the right to charge for any expenses incurred in the processing of your order. If you wish to cancel your order you can contact us via phone or email, using the details provided in the ‘contact us’ section of the website.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Here at PRO-AM Racing we hope you have had a great experience and are pleased with all your products purchased vis our website. We do however understand that from time to time you may wish to return products. Below you will find our Returns & Refunds policy:

WHAT IF MY GOODS ARE MISSING OR DAMAGED?
On the rare occasions there may be an issue with your order where you have not received all the items you expected. Having carefully checked the contents of the box, please call or email, and a member of the team will be able to assist. We must be notified of any shortages within 24 hours from the time of delivery, failing which no liability will be admitted. Please keep all packaging and contents for inspection purposes.
If you receive a damaged parcel from one of our couriers, please ensure that it is signed for as such and inform us immediately. If the goods have been signed for in a good condition unfortunately no claim from ourselves can then be made to the courier.
If you find that any of our products have arrived faulty or damaged, we will endeavor to exchange the product or issue a refund. Goods must be returned to PRO-AM Racing Ltd as per the conditions outlined below, and within 14 days of receipt.
Please ensure that you have received and checked your order in full before arranging fitment or installation of parts.
PRO-AM Racing Ltd will not be liable for any consequential losses, or costs incurred, due to any missing, faulty or incorrect parts received.
CAN I RETURN ANY GOODS FROM MY ORDER?
You have up to 14 days from receipt of goods to return any item(s) from your order (*exclusions apply). Return of orders placed in error or are unwanted will be considered for a further 2 weeks but these will be subject to a 10% handling fee (This is to cover card fees, time and packaging costs, and to prevent customers from ordering parts 'just in case' they need them).
For your return to be accepted and processed, the item(s) must be returned in accordance with the conditions outlined below:
Item(s) must be received in a re saleable condition (unless faulty/damaged)
Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging without being installed or used. If applicable all relevant seals must be intact.
All packaging must be in good condition. (Any packaging deemed to be damaged or defaced upon return may be subject to a replacement charge)
Regardless of the return reason, the buyer is responsible for return postage. On Item(s) that have been ordered in error or are unwanted, the buyer is also responsible for the initial postage costs.
If however the goods are faulty or are incorrectly supplied or because of an error on our behalf the postage costs will be covered by PRO-AM Racing. The maximum value paid will be equal to the initial shipping cost on the order.
In all circumstances any action shall be subject to the buyer producing proof of purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
* Exclusions: Special order items that have been specifically ordered for you or custom made to your specifications cannot be accepted for return, unless faulty / misdescribed. If they are returned for any other reason, we reserve the right to decline the return or if accepted, they may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
Under all circumstances please notify us via phone or email that you would like to start the return process. Please do not return item(s) without prior contact with a member of the PRO-AM Racing team. Please also be prepared with the order number, quantity and part code of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason why.
Once the return process has started please follow the below guidelines when preparing your order for delivery back to us:
Where possible please reuse the original packaging, and please contact us if you have any questions regarding adequate packaging*. This is especially important when returning vulnerable items.
Place a note inside the return parcel with your name, address and order number. (This will help us to process your return quickly and accurately)
If you are returning an item(s) due to damage that has occurred in the delivery to you then please take images showing the damage to both the packaging and the product, and send them by email to email@example.com prior to packaging the damaged item for return.
* Important: Returned items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging may not be credited or exchanged if PRO-AM Racing determine that due care was not taken when packaging items for return to us.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
